Features
- Operational beyond the -60°C to +230°C temperature range.
- Input voltages from 3.0V to 30V.
- Possible output voltages from 0.6V to 30V.
- Accurate bandgap reference (+/-3%).
- No minimum dropout imposed (current limited).
- High output current with low dropout:
- 1A @ 230°C with 0.63V, 2A @ 230°C with 1.4V
- Low current consumption in full-power (2.3mA) and low-power modes (950µA).
- Over current protection (hiccup mode).
- Customer selectable Thermal Shutdown protection.
