Key Features

  • Contains 3-Drivers and 5-Receivers; Single-chip DTE (PC or terminal) serial port transceiver.
  • Auto On-Line® Plus.
  • SP3244E slew-controlled to 250kbps under load.
  • SP3245E 1Mbps data rate for high-speed RS-232.
  • Meets true EIA/TIA-232-F and ITU V.28 standards from a +3.0V to +5.5V power supply.
  • Adheres to EIA/TIA-562 for interoperability with EIA/TIA-232 down to a +2.7V supply voltage.
  • Regulated charge pump yields stable RS-232 outpu.
