2A Single Load Switch with Reverse Voltage Protection for Low Voltage Rail General Description Applications The EM5210 is a small, low RON load switch with controlled turn on. The device contains an N-channel MOSFET that can operate over an input voltage range of 1.2 V to 5.5 V.
