Overview
This N-Channel SyncFETTM is produced using Fairchild Semiconductor’s advanced PowerTrench® process. Advancements in both silicon and package technologies have been combined to offer the lowest rDS(on) while maintaining excellent switching performance by extremely low Junction-toAmbient thermal resistance.
