Description

Within the FM75 are: a high-precision CMOS temperature sensor, a Delta-Sigma analog-to-digital converter and a SMBus compatible serial digital interface. 40°C to 125°C and to ±1°C over the range of 0°C to 100°C, with 9- to 12-bit resolution.
