  • Over-Temperature Protection (OTP).
  • Ultra-Low On-Resistance: Typ. 33 m.
  • ESD Protection - Human Body Model (HBM): > 2 kV - Charged Device Model (CDM): > 1 kV - IEC 61000-4-2 Air Discharge: > 15 kV.
