* ILC6363CIR-50: Fixed 5.0V output; custom voltages are available upon request

* ILC6363CIR-ADJ: Adjustable output to 6V maximum

* Capable of 500mA output current

* Peak efﬁciency: > 90% at VOUT = 3.6V, IOUT = 300mA, VIN = 3.6V

* No external diode is required
