FP8203
Description
The FP8203 is a highly integrated switch-mode Li-Ion Battery Charger. With few external ponents, FP8203 is well suited for a wide range of portable applications. Charging current can be programmed by an external current sensing resistor. With 600KHz switching frequency, FP8203 can use of small external ponents. Other features include UVLO, automatic recharge, charge status indicators and battery temperature monitor.
