The MB90097 is the on-screen display controller for displaying text and graphics on the TV screen.
Since it has a three-channel output control function, small package, and low voltage requirement for operation, it is suitable for on-screen display on video equipment such as camera-integrated VTRs.
The MB90097 provides a display screen made up of 28 characters by 12 lines, capable of displaying 512 different characters each consisting of 12 × 18 dots.
