NMOS 8-BIT MICROPROCESSOR
The Fujitsu MBl8088 is a new generation, high performance microprocessor implemented in N- channel, depletion load, silicon gate technology (NMOS), and packaged in a 40-pin ceramic or plastic DIP. The processor has attributes of both 8- and l6- bit microprocessors. It is directly patible with MB l 8086 software and Intel 8080/8085 hardware and peripherals.
