The 2.5 GHz prescaler has a dual modulus division ratio of 32/33 or 64/65 enabling pulse swallowing operation. The supply voltage range is between 2.7 V and 5.0 V. A refined charge pump supplies well-balanced output currents of 1.0 mA and 4.0 mA. The charge pump current is selectable by serial data.
