The G682/G683 microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuits monitor system voltages in µP and digital systems.

They provide excellent circuit reliability at low cost by eliminating external components

Monitor Supply Voltages from 0.9V to 1.8V.
±2% Reset Threshold Accuracy.
Capacitor-Adjustable Reset Timeout Period tRP (ms) ≅ 2.7 × CD (nF) at VCC=3.3V.
Low Quiescent Current : 10µA at VCC =3.3V.
Available in three RESET Output Options Push-Pull RESET Output (G682L) Push-Pull RESET Output (G682H) Open-Drain RESET (G683L).
Programmable Reset Threshold.
