Description

The G9298 series is a low supply current, high PSRR, low noise, and low dropout linear regulator that comes in a space saving SOT-23-5, TSOT-23-5 and WLCSP package.The supply current at no-load is 50µA.In the shutdown mode, the maximum supply current is less than 8µA.An over- temperature protection circuit is built-in in the Device to prevent thermal overload.These power saving

Low, 50µA No-Load Supply Current.
Guaranteed 400mA Output Current.
Dropout Voltage is 240mV @ 300mA Load.
PSRR=65dB (f=1kHz 1.2V output).
Over-Temperature Protection and Short-Circuit Protection.
Stable with Low Cost Ceramic Capacitors.
Output Voltage 0.8V to 1.8V with 0.1V Step.
Turn on Speed 60µs.
