Description
iC-LF1401 is an integrating light-to-voltage converter with a line of 128 pixels pitched at 63.5 µm (center-tocenter distance).
Each pixel consists of a 56.4 µm x 200 µm photodiode and an integration capacitor with a sample-and-hold circuit.
