This COMBO Driver for HDD application consists of Sensorless Spindle Driver and BTL type VCM Driver. Bipolar Process is applied and a “Soft Switching Circuit” for less commutation noise and a “Booster Circuit’ for smaller Saturation Voltage of Output.
