HT1632C - 32 x 8 & 24 x 16 LED Driver

Description

The HT1632C is a memory mapping LED display controller/driver, which can select a number of ROW and commons.

These are 32 ROW & 8 commons and 24 ROW & 16 commons.

The device supports 16-gradation LEDs for each out line using PWM control with software instructions.

  • Operating voltage: 2.4V~5.5V.
  • Multiple LED display - 32 ROW /8 COM and.
  • Integrated 256kHz RC oscillator.
  • Serial MCU interface - CS, RD, WR, DATA.
  • Data mode & command mode instruction.
  • Cascading function for extended.
