BC68F2123 Description
The BC68F2123 is an OOK/FSK transmitter MCU for remote wireless applications in the 315MHz, 433MHz, 868MHz and 915MHz frequency bands. The MCU is a Flash memory type 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller and offers users the convenience of Flash memory multi-programming.
