The HT45F23A and HT45F24A are Flash Memory Tinypower A/D type 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontrollers, designed especially for applications that interface directly to analog signals. The devices have higher gain bandwidth making them more suitable for higher frequency applications. Offering users the convenience of Flash Memory multi-programming.
