HT45FH4J Description
This device is an Emergency Light ASSP Flash MCU. The device includes 2K×16 of Flash Program Memory, 128 bytes of Data Memory and 64 bytes of Data EEPROM. The internal LDO provides a maximum input voltage of 12V and outputs a 5V voltage with a current of 50mA which can then be provided to the MCU and peripheral circuits.
