General Description

The HT46R01/HT46R02/HT46R03 are 8-bit high performance, RISC architecture microcontroller devices specifically designed for a wide range of applications.

In addition to providing the usual microcontroller I/O control functions, the fully integrated A/D converter allows the interfacing and processing of external analog signals such as those from sensors.

The PWM function also allows the driving of external analog signals for applications such as motor driving while the PFD function provides a means of generating a fixed frequency reference.

  • Operating voltage: fSYS= 4MHz: 2.2V~5.5V fSYS= 8MHz: 3.3V~5.5V fSYS= 12MHz: 4.5V~5.5V.
  • 7 bidirectional I/O lines and 1 input line.
  • External interrupt input shared with an I/O line.
  • One or two 8-bit programmable Timer/Event Coun- ters with overflow interrupt and 7-stage prescaler.
  • External crystal system oscillator.
  • Fully integrated internal RC oscillator available with three frequencies: 4MHz, 8MHz or 12MHz.
  • Watchdog Timer function.
  • PFD for audio frequenc.
