Description
The HT46R01/HT46R02/HT46R03 are 8-bit high performance, RISC architecture microcontroller devices specifically designed for a wide range of applications.

- 7 bidirectional I/O lines and 1 input line
- External interrupt input shared with an I/O line
- One or two 8-bit programmable Timer/Event Coun- ters with overflow interrupt and 7-stage prescaler
- External crystal system oscillator
- Fully integrated internal RC oscillator available with three frequencies: 4MHz, 8MHz or 12MHz
- Watchdog Timer function
- PFD for audio frequency generation
- Power down and wake-up functions to reduce power consumption
- Up to 0.33ms instruction cycle with 12MHz system clock at VDD= 5V
- 8-bit PWM output shared with I/O line
