General Description
The HT47C06L is an 8-bit, high performance RISC architecture microcontroller device specifically designed for applications that interface directly to analog signals, such as those from sensors. Its single cycle instruction and two-stage pipeline architecture make it suitable for high speed applications. The advantages of low power consumption, I/O flexibility, timer functions, oscillator options, RC type A/D converter, LCD driver, HALT and wake-up functions, enhance the versatility of these device to suit a wide range of Resistor to Frequency application possibilities such as sensor signal processing, remote metering, and particularly suitable for use as clinical thermometer MCU device.
