General Description

This HT82A525R is an 8-bit high performance RISC microcontroller designed for USB keyboard mouse and fingerprint product applications.

The advantages of low power consumption, I/O flexibility, timer functions, oscillator options, multi-channel Pulse Width Modulation function, Watchdog timer, dual SPI interfaces, SPI serial DMA or 8-bit parallel DMA , Power Down and wake-up functions, combine to provide the device with a huge range of functional options while still maintaining a high level of cost effectiveness.

The device includes a fully integrated system oscillator HIRC, which requires no external components.
