The IDT54174AHCT138 are 1-of-8 decoders built using advanced CEMOS", a dual metal CMOS technology. The IDT54/74AHCT138 accepts three binary weighed inputs (Ao, A" AiJ and, when enabled, provides eight mutually exclusive aciive lOW outputs (00-07), The IDT54/74AHCT138.
