- Ultra high speed - 45ns cycle time
- Asynchronous and simultaneous read and write
- Fully expandable by both word depth and/or bit width
- IDT7201A pin and functionally compatible with Mostek MK4501 but with half-full flag capability
- IDT7202A allows for deep word structure (1024) without expansion
- Half-full flag capability in single device mode
