ALVC16245 Features

* 16 bit transceiver with nibble output enable control

* Output buffers have controlled edge rates.

* 1.65V to 3.6V voltage range

* 2 KV ESD protection

* Latch-up performance exceeds 250 mA per JESD17

* Extended temperature range of -40°C to + 85°C

ALVC16245 General Description

(Cont.) The device can be used as two 8-bit transceivers, or one 16-bit transceiver. It allows data transmission for the A bus to the B bus or from the B bus to the A bus, depending on the logic level at the direction-control (DIR) input. The output-enable (OE) input can be used to disable the devic.
