General Description

LAA127 is a 250V, 200mA, 10 dual normally open (1-Form-A) Solid State Relay that comprises two independently controlled, optically coupled MOSFET switches.

The combination of super efficient MOSFET switches and photovoltaic die provides 3750Vrms of input to output isolation.
