Description
LCA182 is a normally open (1-Form-A) solid state relay that uses optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 3750Vrms of input to output isolation. It features an extremely low input control current of only 0.25mA, which is the lowest available in IXYS Integrated Circuits Division’s Solid State Relay family.
