Description
Built on IXYS Integrated Circuits Division’s high voltage integrated circuit (HVIC) technology, the MX6895 bines high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFET drivers in a full bridge configuration. The circuit is optimally configured to be used as a mutator for High Intensity Discharge (HID) lamps.
