  • Asymmetrical, bi-directional working voltage up to VRWM = +14 V / -8 V.
  • Low capacitance: CL = 9 pF (typical).
  • Low clamping voltage: VCL = 26 V (typical) at ITLP = 16 A.
  • Very low reverse current: IR < 1 nA (typical).
  • Ultra low dynamic resista.
