IRS2890DS Overview
The IRS2890D is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT half bridge gate driver. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. The logic input is patible with standard CMOS or TTL outputs, down to 3.3 V logic.
