The OPTIREG™ PMIC TLF11251LD is a 2.5 A half bridge with integrated driver and level shifter.

It also contains a high side P-channel MOSFET and a low side N-channel MOSFET in a single package.

The integrated level shifting stage allows for conversion of the input logic signals to the supply voltage level of the gate drivers.
