Description of the TRST signal modified. Instructions Set Summary improved. Footnote added about pin XTAL1 belonging to VDDI power domain. Footnote added about amplitude at XTAL1 pin. Thermal Resistance: RTHA replaced by RΘJC and RΘJL because RTHA strongly depends on the external system (PCB, environment). PDISS removed, because no static parameter, but derived from thermal resistance. Green Package added.
