The IN93LC46 is a Electric erasable programmable ROM (EEPROM) memory data capacity 1K (128x8 or 64x16) with 3-wire interface. There are 3 modification of ICs A: ICs IN93AA(LC)46AD/AN are 8 bits registers (128х8) - ORG pin is not used.
