The IDT54/74FCT161/163, IDT54/74FCT161A/163A and IDT54/74FCT161C/163C are high-speed synchronous modulo-16 binary counters built using an advanced dual metal CMOS technology.

IDT54/74FCT161A/163A 35% faster than FAST.

Equivalent to FAST output drive over full temperature and voltage supply extremes.
