Features
- 0.5 MICRON CMOS Technology.
- Bidirectional interface between 3.3V and 5V buses.
- Control inputs can be driven from either 3.3V or 5V circuits.
- ESD > 2000V per MIL-STD-883, Method 3015; > 200V using
machine model (C = 200pF, R = 0).
- VCC1 = 5V ±10%, VCC2 = 2.7V to 3.6V.
- High drive outputs (-32mA IOH, 64mA IOL) on 5V port.
- Power off disable on both ports permits “live insertion”.
- Typical VOLP (Output Ground Bounce) < 0.9V at VC.
