IDT74LVC273A 3.3V CMOS OCTAL D-TYPE FLIP-FLOP WITH RESET INDUSTRIAL TEMPERATURE RANGE 3.3V CMOS OCTAL D-TYPE FLIP-FLOP WITH RESET, POSITIVE EDGE TRI.
The octal D-type flip-flop with reset, positive edge trigger is built using advanced dual metal CMOS technology.
