Description
The -40V Inter FET 2N4856/A, 2N4857/A, and 2N4858/A JFET’s are targeted for very low noise switching applications for mid to high frequency designs. Gate leakages are typically 50p A at room temperatures. The TO-18 package is hermetically sealed and suitable for military applications.
