ULF-2451BX Description
The ULF-2451AX/BX is a 6.2mm(0.25”) high Four digit 7-segment alphanumeric display. The High Red(S) source color devices are made with Gallium Arenide Phosphide on Gallium Phosphide Orange Light Emitting Diode. The Yellow Green(G) source color devices are made with Gallium Phosphide Green light Emitting Diode.
