The KMIP2-B28DL is InGaAs PIN Photodiode has the cap with only Ø1.96mm and less than 3mm in hight.

Stem types of 2-leads(KMIP2) and 1-lead(KPIM1)are available.

The flat window type or a pigtail type also available.
