The bandgap reference uses trimmed precision thin-film resistors and improved curvature correction techniques to achieve 0.05% initial voltage accuracy with guaranteed 10ppm/°C maximum temperature drift. Voltage regulation is maintained to an ultralow 800nA operating current. Advances in design, processing and packaging achieve low temperature cycling hysteresis.
