P0720SBLRP
P0720SBLRP is SIDACtor Protection Thyristors manufactured by Littelfuse.
- Part of the P0720SCLRP comparator family.
Description Pxxx0Sx L Series DO-214AA are designed to protect baseband equipment such as modems, line cards, CPE and DSL equipments from damaging overvoltage transients. The series provide a robust peak surge current capability which enables equipments to ply with global regulatory standards. Features and Benefits - Low voltage overshoot - Low on-state voltage - Does not degrade in capability after multiple surge events within limit. - Low capacitance - Fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings - Pb-free E3 means 2nd level interconnect is Pb-free and the terminal finish material is tin(Sn) (IPC/JEDEC J-STD609A.01) - UL Recognized to UL 497B as an Isolated Loop Circuit Protector Applicable Global Standards - TIA-968-A - TIA-968-B - ITU K.20/21 Enhanced Level- - ITU K.20/21 Basic Level - GR 1089 Inter-building- - GR 1089 Intra-building - A/B-rated parts require series resistance - IEC 61000-4-5 2nd Edition - YD/T 1082 - YD/T 993 - YD/T 950 Part Number P0080SALRP P1200SALRP P2000SALRP P0220SALRP P2500SALRP P0300SALRP P0640SALRP P0720SALRP P0900SALRP P1100SALRP P1300SALRP P1500SALRP P1800SALRP P2100SALRP P2300SALRP P2600SALRP P3100SALRP P3500SALRP Marking P-8A P12A P20A P22A P25A P03A P06A P07A P09A P11A P13A P15A P18A P21A P23A P26A P31A P35A VDRM @l DRM=5µA V min 6 100 180 15 230 25 58 65 75 90 120 140 170 180 190 220 275 320 Electrical Characteristics VS @100V/µs V max 25 130 220 32 290 40 77 88 98 130 160 180 220 240 260 300 350 400 IH m A min 50 120 120 50 120 50 150 150 150 150 150 150 150 150 150 150 150 150 IS m A max 800 800 800 800 800 800 800 800 800 800 800 800 800 800 800 800 800 800 A max 2.2 2.2 2.2 2.2 2.2 2.2 2.2 2.2 2.2 2.2 2.2 2.2 2.2 2.2 2.2 2.2 2.2 2.2 VT @IT=2.2 Amps V max 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4...
