General Description

The P4KE Series is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from EFTs, ESD, and induced lightning transients.

Key Features

  • 400W peak pulse capability at 10/1000μs waveform, repetition rate (duty cycles):0.01%.
  • Glass passivated chip junction in DO-41 Package.
  • Fast response time: typically less than 1.0ps from 0 Volts to VBR min.
  • Excellent clamping capability.
  • Typical failure mode is a short circuit.
  • Whisker test is conducted per Table 4a/4c of JEDEC JESD201A.
  • IEC 61000-4-2 ESD 30kV(Air), 30kV (Contact).
  • EFT protection of data lines in accor.
