LP3202 Description
The LP3202 is a 1.5MHz constant frequency current mode PWM step-down converter. integrates main switch and synchronous rectifier switch. The LP3201 integrates two operation modes, PWM control and PFM mode switching control, which allows a high efficiency over the wider range of the load.
