The MT5086 is a high efficiency synchronous Boost PWM controller that drives all N-channel power MOSFETs to step up output voltage up to 30V.

Features 2.7V to 30V (40V Abs Max) Input Range 30V Maximum Output Voltage ±1.5% 1.224V Reference Voltage Low Quiescent Current 55µA Shutdown Supply Current 5μA Adjustable Input UVLO through EN pin Resistor or Inductor DCR Current Sensing Adjustable Frequency from 100kHz to 1MHz with Synchronization Capability to an external clock Output Voltage.
