General Description

The MAAM-011169 is a GaAs MMIC amplifier configured as two stages of differential amplifiers for broadband performance.

It is optimized for very low distortion and noise figure in a 75 Ω push-pull amplifier circuit.

It provides excellent input and output return loss over the 45 to 1200 MHz operating frequencies.
