MIC69101/103 Single Supply VIN, LOW VIN, LOW VOUT, 1A LDO General.

The MIC69101/103 is the 1A output current member of the ∑ Single input voltage range: VIN: 1.65V to 5.5V MIC69xxx family of high current, low voltage regulators, ∑ Maximum dropout (VIN.
VOUT) of 500mV which support currents of 1A, 1.5A, 3A, and 5A. The over temperature MIC69101/103 operates from a single low voltage supply, ∑ Adjustable output voltage down to 0.5V yet offers high precision and ultra-low dropout of 500mV ∑ Stable with 4.7µF ceramic output capacitor under worst case cond.
