MITSUMI IC for 150mA Regulator MM314 N, 314 R IC for 150mA Regulator Monolithic IC MM314 N, 314 R Phased Out Products Outline This IC is an ultra-small, low noise CMOS regulator IC that supports ceramic capacitors (low ESR). Output current of up to 150mA can be obtained, and it has a high ripple rejection ratio. Also, the ON/OFF pin makes possible output ON/OFF control.
