The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION MP150 is a primary-side regulator that provides accurate constant voltage (CV) regulation without the opto-coupler, and supports Buck, Buck-boost, Boost and Flyback topologies. It has an integrated 500V MOSFET that simplifies the structure and reduces costs. These features help to make it a competitive candidate for offline low power applications, such as home appliances and standby power. MP150 is a green-mode operation regulator. Both the peak current and switching frequency decrease as the load decreases to provide excellent efficiency performance at light load, thus improving the overall average efficiency.
