General Description
The MP2164 is a monolithic, step-down, switchmode converter with built-in, internal power MOSFETs that can achieve 3A of continuous output current from a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage rangewith excellent load and line regulation.
The output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V.
Key Features
- include output overvoltage protection (OVP), cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and thermal shutdown. The MP2164 is available in a QFN-12 (2mmx2mm) package.
