MP23701 is Step-Down LED Driver manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems.
DESCRIPTION
The MP23701 is a 24V, monolithic, synchronous, step-down, white LED driver with a built-in power MOSFET and rectifier. The MP23701 can achieve up to 2A of continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation. Peak-current mode operation provides fast transient response and easy loop stabilization. The MP23701 implements deep analog dimming. Full protection features include cycleby-cycle peak-current limiting, output shortcircuit protection (SCP), open LED protection, NTC thermal protection, and thermal shutdown. The MP23701 requires a minimal number of readily available, standard, external ponents and is available in a UTQFN-8 (1.5mmx2.5mm) package.
